- Dining Hall: Dining /Meeting space for up to 250 with commercial kitchen and BBQ Pavilion
- Adoration Chapel: Seats 16
- St. Thomas More Dormitory sleeps 36 in bunk-beds
- St. Luke Dormitory sleeps 36 in bunk-beds
- Sand volleyball court, horse shoes, washers, ladder golf, tether ball, air hockey
Eagle’s Nest Campus:
- Overnight groups of 40 and under. Day groups up to 50
- Eagle’s Nest: Dining/Meeting space for up to 50; includes small prep kitchen and upstairs loft sleeps 16 and trundle bed downstairs sleeps 2
- Monahan’s Bunk House – bunk beds for 21 with restrooms and showers.
- 12’x 24’ BBQ pavilion includes event grill, small gas grill, griddle and smoker.
- Chapel seats 14
- Pavilion/Stage – Covered open air facility with electricity – 36’x 24’
- Camping
- Grass volleyball court, ping pong table, croquet
All enclosed buildings are climate-controlled with restrooms

YOUTH PROGRAMS: You can create your own retreat or we can recommend a presenter to lead your retreat. We can work with you and help you customize a retreat to fit the needs of your group.
RESIDENT CHAPLAIN IS ON STAFF: Arrangements need to be set up 60 days in advance of your retreat.
Rental Fees and Program Costs
Rental of Main Campus (for groups of 41 or more)
- $35 for first night per person
- $20 for each additional night
Rental of Eagle’s Nest & Bunk House (for groups of less than 40)
- $24.00 per day per person (15 person minimum)
- $12.00 per day per person each additional night

Meal Plan
- Catered (choices of plan) Retreat center needs 60 days notice
- Meal prices range from $4.50 - $10.50 (pick from a selected menu)

- Group provides cooking staff & food supplies
- Kitchen usage of main campus dining hall with commercial kitchen - $35 per cooked meal (covers the usage of utilities & a kitchen supervisor)
- Eagle’s Nest kitchen – no charge

- Boom Box at Main Campus and Eagle’s Nest – no charge
- TV with DVD/VCR player at Eagle’s Nest or Main Campus– no charge
- Campfire – no charge
Additional pricing
- Rock climbing wall - $5.00 per person (25 person minimum) Request needed 30 days in advance of arrival
- LCD Projector - $100 for weekend
